Brief & Concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Completed training in hotel management or several years of experience in housekeeping/laundry
• Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of textile care and hygiene standards
• Organisational talent, resilience, and a strong quality awareness
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Organised and economical working style
• Good communication skills
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Leading and coordinating daily operations in the laundry
• Ensuring proper cleaning and care of guest laundry, F&B laundry, and staff uniforms
• Monitoring washing, drying, and ironing processes
• Managing laundry inventory including stocktaking and reordering
• Collaborating with external laundry service providers
• Training new employees
• Serving as a role model for the team
