Your new job

• You are the first point of contact for our female and male customers as well as guests and ensure courteous and comprehensive guest care with warmth, attentiveness and professionalism.
• You accompany our female and male customers to the meeting rooms, during safe visits and assist them with cash withdrawals at the ATM.
• You create a pleasant, inviting atmosphere and serve drinks.
• Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a smooth process at reception, organise appointments and meeting rooms and coordinate continuously with the sales teams.

What we benefit from

• You have experience at reception, in the hotel industry or at a reception with demanding and diverse clientele.
• You enjoy personal customer contact and place great value on warm and professional guest care.
• You are an organisational talent with a strong service orientation.
• You think holistically, set priorities, remain calm even in hectic moments and find the right solution for every challenge.
• You have native-level German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
