- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools, with strong IT affinity.
- Excellent verbal and written German skills, French is a plus.

Human Resources
- Responsible for maintaining the data of time tracking
- Supporting the HR Business Partners in all administrative tasks from entry to exit
- Responsible for the administrative execution of anniversaries and birthdays
- Writing acknowledgments, condolence letters, etc.
- Organization of events and gifts
Executive Secretariat
- Proactive support of the member of the management team in production in administrative and organizational matters
- Participation in projects (e.g. implementation of the CO2 regulation, CO2 reimbursement, etc.)
- Preparation and minute-taking of meetings of the production management as well as management as a deputy
- Creating and revising meeting documents, documentation, presentations, and statistics
- Organization of events and travel domestically and abroad
- You have completed a commercial training and have several years of professional experience
- Administration, organization, and networked thinking are a matter of the heart for you
- You are IT-savvy and skilled in using common MS Office tools as well as digital work tools
- You are uncomplicated, flexible, responsible, and have good oral and written German skills; French skills are desired
- Working days: every morning and 3 afternoons
