Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process for employees, from defining the profile, search strategy, selection interviews, to negotiating employment terms,
• Propose and use various sourcing methods to ensure active monitoring of professions,
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects,
• Represent the Bank, notably at university fairs and other events.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally complemented by training in human resources,
• Proven experience in recruitment within a company,
• Experience using candidate sourcing channels such as LinkedIn,
• Ability to manage high recruitment volumes,
• Rigour, collaborative spirit, results orientation, ability to persuade, sense of service and organisation,
• Excellent command of French.
