What you can look forward to:

• Independent processing and checking of creditor and debtor invoices for our clinics in Switzerland
• Clarification of discrepancies and complaints from invoicing and the corresponding coordination of necessary clarifications with internal and external parties
• Invoice creation for external customers and service recipients
• Active participation in projects and process optimisations to help shape the further development of the departments
• Processing case-related creditor invoices and ensuring correct handling/assignment for invoices of medical materials and medicines
• Supporting the team in daily business and ensuring smooth operations as a deputy

We are pleased about:

• Successfully completed commercial basic training
• Good knowledge of debtor management, dunning and debt collection procedures
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP/financial systems
• Strong numerical understanding and interest in process optimisation
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
