Your new tasks
- Leading and developing the project management team of up to ten project managers in the Eastern region
- Ensuring the successful implementation of projects after order receipt
- Monitoring processes, resources, deadlines, costs, and quality objectives
- Supporting the team in technical-commercial solution finding, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Organising and coordinating the technical training of employees and ensuring compliance with quality and occupational safety guidelines
- Developing efficiency measures in project business
- Contact person for sales and key customers
- Workplace: Volketswil or Zurich
Your talents and experience
- Completed training in electrical, security technology, or IT with corresponding further education (HF/FH/NDS/CAS) or equivalent
- Several years of experience in project management
- Experience in leading a team
- Enjoy working with people
- Resilient, committed, independent, and communicative personality
- Ideally experience in the security industry: Building Security | Siemens
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. English skills and/or another national language are an advantage
- Willingness to travel 20%
