Your tasks:
- Caring for and supporting the entrusted residents with a person-centered approach
- Organizing and coordinating collaboration with family doctors and external service providers
- Daily responsibility for the department
- Accompanying dying residents and their relatives
- Assessing care needs according to company guidelines as well as proper documentation and communication
- Performing logistical and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in geriatric long-term care (additional training in kinaesthetics, validation, basal stimulation is an advantage)
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss customer-oriented action and thinking
- Flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality
- Precise, independent, and organized working style
- Willingness to guide and support trainees and interns
- High affinity for working with modern media and tools
