Your tasks:
- Caring for and supporting the entrusted residents with a person-centred approach
- Organising and coordinating collaboration with family doctors and external service providers
- Daily responsibility for the department
- Supporting dying residents and their relatives
- Assessing care needs according to company guidelines as well as proper documentation and communication
- Carrying out logistical and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ
- Experience in geriatric long-term care (additional training in kinaesthetics, validation, basal stimulation is an advantage)
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Precise, independent and organised way of working
- Willingness to instruct and support trainees and interns
- High affinity for using modern media and tools
