Your area of responsibility:

• Strengthening our team for production planning in the manufacturing / assembly of fibre optic cables
• Creation and maintenance of production schedules and bills of materials for cable manufacturing and cable assembly
• Planning and control of the production and assembly of fibre optic cables and developing optimal production sequences
• Maintenance and further development of article master data in the ERP system (SAP)
• Responsibility for planning and monitoring order deadlines in close coordination with sales, production and project management
• Demand planning of raw materials and external processing in cooperation with purchasing
• Active interface function between SCM, purchasing, production and engineering

Our requirements:

• Experience in production or manufacturing planning and a completed technical education
• Very good understanding of multi-stage production processes and material flows
• Systemic thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Team and communication skills in dealing with different departments including close cooperation with line managers
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You like to take responsibility, work pragmatically, are flexible and a team player
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
