About the job
As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steam and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinarily. Our land-based operations include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. In summer 2027, the new Hotel 6000 with 150 rooms will open. We are also the gastro partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.
Marketing Project Management (a)
80% - 100% Lucerne
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager (a) 80-100% from August or by arrangement
Here is what you will do
- You plan, coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns for Tavolago and our operations across various online and offline channels and continuously develop them further.
- You take on graphic tasks such as design, adjustments and further development of menus, flyers and other promotional materials for print and digital channels.
- You are part of the marketing team and work closely with internal departments and external partners, ensuring a structured and efficient implementation of projects.
- You develop target group-oriented content and marketing measures.
- You assist in monitoring compliance with the company’s CI/CD and the various brands.
- You support your team as needed in web presence, social media, campaign management or content creation.
What we expect from you
- You have a qualification or further training in marketing and bring several years of professional experience.
- You have a good sense for content, trends and the needs of different target groups and bring creative ideas as well as initiative.
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and like to take responsibility.
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and like coordinating several projects simultaneously.
- You have solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (Illustrator and Photoshop are an advantage).
- You have knowledge of SEO/SEA/GEO.
- You have very good German skills and a good sense for target group-appropriate communication.
- You use AI-supported tools purposefully to support your daily work.
