Job Coach and Job Placement 80%
You will support us with these tasks
- Competently and efficiently advise people in professional integration (from the areas of IV, social assistance and KIGA) and coach them in job searching
- Maintain client files electronically, formulate target objectives, organise and coordinate status meetings with all involved parties, and prepare qualified reports and feedback for the responsible authorities
- Support in optimising application documents and provide targeted guidance in job searching
- Maintain contacts with clients and employers as well as internal and external agencies
- Active acquisition and job placement of suitable opportunities for work training and permanent positions in the primary labour market, both through the existing network and by establishing new contacts with companies
This is how you confidently fulfil your tasks
- You have experience in job coaching, counselling, job placement or professional integration and have completed advanced training in one of these areas
- You communicate appropriately for the target audience, work service-oriented and enjoy networking with companies and partner organisations
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You are a resilient, reflective and humorous personality with empathy, a professional attitude and good self-organisation
- Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are excellent and you are proficient in using digital work tools (Office 365, client software)
- Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and social assistance system is an advantage
