Team Leader Customer Service/Sales & Marketing Pension Fund
(Workload: 80%)

Your area of responsibility: In this new key role, you are significantly responsible for the further development of the pension fund in the market and in charge of:

• Professional and personnel management of the customer service department

• Ensuring customer retention and acquisition

• Personal consulting & support of corporate clients and brokers

• Customer visits throughout Switzerland

• Developing pension solutions and offers including presentation to the customer

• Market observation and market analysis

• Preparation of matters for the board of trustees and participation in its meetings

Your profile: The rapid and successful assumption of the above-mentioned tasks requires:

• Mandatory professional experience in the field of pensions, social insurance or collective personal insurance

• Experience in occupational pensions is an advantage

• Further training in marketing, sales or occupational pensions is an advantage

• Native German speaker; good knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is an advantage

• Cheerful, engaging and customer-oriented personality

• Enjoyment and experience in dealing with modern IT tools
