Sales Manager Furniture & Boutique (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

Leadership of directly subordinate department managers and specialist sales staff
Presence on the sales floor to actively work with employees as well as customers
Setting up seasonal theme areas and product presentation in collaboration with the boutique team and the decoration department
Ongoing feedback discussions, training, and coaching with your employees
Exhibition planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
Creating a frequency-oriented employee deployment

Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with branch management and buyers
Responsibility for achieving targets in the exhibition area you are responsible for along defined KPIs

What you bring with you

Completed vocational training
Solid experience in retail
Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of decoration, home textiles, and household items
Leadership experience in a retail environment
