Managing rental properties and condominium ownership has been our core business for over 60 years. This is ensured daily by five property management teams as well as the accounting department with long-standing employees.

Clerk in Accounting Condominium Ownership 40 - 80%

Your area of responsibility:

• Managing the accounting of condominium owners' associations within the team
• Preparing financial statements for condominium ownership
• Monitoring budget payments / dunning process
• Contact with owners/auditors in the accounting area
• Support in rental property accounting (heating and ancillary costs, etc.)

Our requirements for you:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in property accounting or property management
• Several years of professional experience in property accounting / management mandatory
• Good MS Office skills
• AbaImmo knowledge an advantage
• Very good German language skills
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Reliable, diligent and solution-oriented personality
• Enjoy working in a small, committed team
