The team of the Vocational Integration Office coordinates all offers and assignments in the field of work integration and supports people on their path to vocational integration.

Your tasks
- Case management and coordination in the field of work integration
- Leadership and coordination of counseling and interdisciplinary status meetings
- Collaboration with internal and external work and production companies
- Assessment of work and training ability and joint discussion and development of realistic vocational perspectives
- Information processing and report writing
- Contact and networking with employers in the primary labor market
- Active participation in departments, working groups, and committees
Your profile
You are a professional in social work, social pedagogy, or a related field. Further training in coaching is an advantage. Ideally, you have experience in vocational integration and in implementing measures of the disability insurance. A good network in the primary labor market is beneficial. You approach work with a lot of energy and enjoy teamwork. You participate in the weekly team meeting on Wednesday mornings. A category B driving license is required.
