In this central role, you take responsibility for the smooth handling of order and billing processes in the truck and bus vehicle sector. As an important interface, you work closely with internal and external partners and actively contribute to efficient workflows. Participation in the system change from AS400 to D365 and support of the introduction and further development of a future-oriented software solution – embedded in the clear goal of advancing sustainable transport and mobility solutions. Employee Sales Internal Service Heavy Commercial Vehicles Scania (m/f/d), 100%
Your tasks
• Ensuring smooth processing of the entire order process for Scania new vehicles
• Recording and maintaining sales orders as well as costs and prices in the order system
• Checking and processing specification changes by the factory and sales
• Coordination with the factory and sales consultants in case of change requirements
• Reviewing, adjusting, and correcting orders before release
• Creating order confirmations and reconciling the sales consultant's preliminary calculation
• Charging chassis to retail
• Ensuring smooth customs clearance of chassis and built new vehicles
• Coordinating documents with bodybuilders abroad (for direct deliveries)
• Ongoing data maintenance as well as creation of statistics and forecasts
• Preparation of figures and data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participation in the future system change from AS400 to D365
Your profile
- You have a technical basic education in the commercial vehicle or truck sector and would like to apply your know-how in a commercial role – a lateral entry into the office is also warmly welcome with us
- Thanks to your structured, careful, and reliable way of working, you always keep an overview even with more complex tasks
- Ideally, you already have initial contact points with order, order, or vehicle management – but we are also happy to welcome motivated practitioners from the industry who want to develop further in this area
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
- You are proficient in using MS Office
