About the job

• You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the company-wide digital strategy.
• You lead and develop the central digital team and manage strategic external partners to specifically advance Curaden's digital capabilities.
• You manage the digital roadmap and optimise our global platforms, especially e-commerce, CRM, and other digital ecosystems, with a clear focus on customer experience, efficiency, and international scalability.
• You establish a data-driven decision-making culture by consistently advancing data governance, analytics structures, and the effective use of data within the company.
• You identify concrete AI application areas, for example in automation, personalisation, decision support, and smart services, and ensure that meaningful initiatives move from idea to effective implementation.
• You bring the business perspective to strategic questions around technology, platforms, IT governance, information security, and cyber security.
• You accompany cultural change, engage people in new digital ways of working, and empower teams to harness the full potential of digitalisation.
• You are a sparring partner for the executive management on digitalisation and transformation topics, with strategic foresight, clarity, implementation strength, and the courage to ask uncomfortable questions.

• You have a completed degree, for example in business informatics, digital business, or business administration, and several years of leadership experience in digital transformation, ideally in an international environment.
• You can demonstrate proven success in leading complex digital projects that have measurably improved customer experience, efficiency, or growth.
• You combine a deep understanding of platform logics, data ecosystems, modern software stacks, CRM, MarTech, APIs, e-commerce, and customer journeys with strategic foresight and entrepreneurial action.
• As a bridge builder, you communicate convincingly between business, IT, data experts, and consistently think from the customer perspective.
• You are a strong, inclusive leader who provides orientation, inspires change, and makes complex topics understandable.
• You are fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills. Any additional language is a plus.
