We, the Raiffeisenbank Prättigau-Davos, are a dynamic and modern bank with 44 dedicated employees. For our headquarters in Davos, we are looking for a committed individual as a Customer Advisor. The position is permanent and is being newly filled due to an upcoming maternity leave.Customer Advisor
What can you expect?
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
- Ensuring simple, standardised advice on finances, saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Participation in market development measures and customer events
- Occasional support of colleagues at reception
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking
- Enjoyment of customer contact with good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning demeanour
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented working style
