To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a permanent full-time After Sales Specialist Disposition (m/f/d) at our Spreitenbach location.

The After Sales Specialist Disposition (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth customer service through professional scheduling, coordination of technicians, and handling all customer-related service concerns.

Tasks

As an After Sales Specialist Disposition (m/f/d), you are responsible for:

Project planning & control

• Coordination and organisation of Technical Service Technicians (TD-T) and Service Partners (SP);
• Scheduling and appointment planning;
• Processing service orders and customer enquiries;
• Maintaining customer data; material orders;
• Handling complaints and measures.

Requirements

We are looking for people who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong customer orientation. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Commercial training is an advantage;
• structured, reliable and resilient working style;
• strong communication and customer orientation;
• experience in a comparable position;
• knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage;
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge desirable.
