- Supervise equipment maintenance (welding stations, flux-cored wire feeders, Weldycar)
- Ensure traceability of filler metals according to project execution class and manage certificates
- Verify the application of welding procedures (WPS/DMOS) and ensure compliance with ISO 3834 and EN 1090 standards
- Ensure visual inspection of welds
- Coordinate non-destructive testing with the Quality Department (ultrasound, magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant, visual as well as geometric controls) and schedule external NDT interventions
- Participate in continuous improvement: report indicators, propose method and equipment optimisations
- Ensure application of safety protocols (PPE, PPHS) and management of permits (bridge cranes, forklifts, electric stackers, aerial work platforms)

We are looking for an autonomous and organised person, interested in technology and the metal construction sector. You understand production flows as a whole and propose improvements to optimise work. You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
