About the job
We are looking for you!
From 2027, we are building up our new everyday care service. For this, we are looking for people who enjoy building relationships, developing ideas, and bringing life into everyday routines together with our residents.
Your daily life with us 💟
🟣 Creating good days: You accompany residents individually according to their wishes, interests, habits, and daily condition.
🟣 Experiencing everyday life together: You go shopping, walking, or for coffee with residents, cook with them, visit our alpacas, or take time for conversations.
🟣 Promoting relationships and participation: You actively approach residents and enable encounters and participation in community life. Accompanying meals: You foster togetherness and support eating and transfers within your competencies.
🟣 Thinking ahead and acting spontaneously: You recognise needs, contribute ideas, and respond flexibly to daily condition, weather, and current situations.
