We are looking for a committed individual as an Operations Mechanic. Modern production facilities, varied technical challenges and exciting optimisation projects shape the daily work routine. What you will achieve

• Ensuring smooth operation of our production facilities through maintenance, repair and servicing work
• Analysing malfunctions and initiating sustainable and effective solutions
• Assisting with the commissioning of new systems and machines
• Supporting the optimisation of existing systems and actively contributing to improvements
• Coordinating external service technicians and collaborating with suppliers and specialists
• Creating maintenance lists and maintenance instructions
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts
• Active participation in projects to further develop our production facilities

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: as a mechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery, polytechnic or plant mechanic
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally in operational maintenance
• Enjoyment of technology as well as fault finding and sustainable problem solving
• Willingness to work shifts, on-call and weekend duties in a 7-day operation
• High commitment and physical resilience
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
• German (B1)
