Head of Special Cleaning / Facility Services Manager

Your main tasks:

- Professional, financial, and personnel management of mandates in the area of special cleaning
- Responsible for the further development of customer mandates
- Advising customers on tactical and strategic questions in special cleaning
- Advising and supporting customers as a "single point of contact"
- Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented implementation and execution of customer orders
- Ensuring and optimizing active quality management as well as creating reports
- Planning, coordination, and controlling (cost and budget responsibility)
- Leading, supporting, and developing 10 employees & one site manager
- Organizing and optimizing processes and workflows
- Responsibility for occupational safety
- Participation in various projects
- Implementation of business strategy and company goals

Your profile:

- Experience in operational building cleaning as well as in the sale of services
- Completed basic training, further education in cleaning or special cleaning
- Proven leadership experience and good communication skills
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Above-average high service and customer orientation
- Confident use of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Several years of professional experience in facility management is an advantage
- Business management knowledge and networked thinking
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
