Responsibilities:
- Managing the finance department and overseeing all financial activities of the company
- Developing and monitoring financial and accounting policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards
- Preparing financial reports and analyses and providing decision-making bases for management
- Developing and implementing financial and investment strategies to support the company’s growth
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure all financial activities align with company goals and strategies
- Leading and developing the finance team
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Many years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership or managerial position
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting, controlling and tax law
- Successful implementation of financial systems and processes
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial data as well as to prepare reports and analyses
- High reliability, resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
