Role:

Do you want to apply your experience in financial accounting in a versatile environment? Responsibilities:

• You handle the ongoing bookings and ensure clean posting of banks, debtors, and other business transactions

• You assist with the preparations for the annual financial statements and compile the necessary documents

• You take over the entire debtor management including invoicing, invoice corrections, and dunning

• You support internal departments and the various branches with questions regarding accounting

• You ensure structured administration and audit-proof filing of contracts and financial documents

• You prepare various evaluations and assist with administrative tasks within the finance department

• You deputise for the head of financial accounting during absences

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already gained some solid professional experience in accounting

• You ideally have further training in the field of finance and accounting

• You are well versed in finance and especially debtor accounting

• You are proficient in SAP and work confidently with Excel and Word

• You communicate fluently in German

• You work carefully, reliably, and independently and bring a strong numerical understanding
