What you can achieve
- You reliably get our machines running and ensure that production starts smoothly from the outset.
- During production, you have everything under control and keep the process stable and efficient.
- You also assist with downstream processes, e.g. palletising or feeding empty containers.
- Quality is no accident for you: you check, inspect, and ensure that our standards are met.
- You detect malfunctions early, solve them independently, and simultaneously contribute ideas on how we can improve further.
What you bring with you
- You have training in the food sector or have already gained experience as a machine operator / plant operator.
- You are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy understanding and operating even more complex systems.
- You think ahead, quickly recognise connections, and keep an overview even with multiple process steps.
- You work reliably, carefully, and are a true team player who can be relied upon.
- You are open to change, contribute your own ideas, and remain flexible with working hours (3-shift operation).
