Together with our client, a trust company, we are looking for a Trust Officer 80–100%. The company supports private individuals as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in the areas of accounting, taxes and business consulting. You can expect a collegial environment with short decision-making paths and individual development opportunities. The workplace in Basel is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of accounting for various clients from different industries
• Assistance with interim and annual financial statements as well as preparation of VAT returns
• Support with tax returns for private individuals and companies in collaboration with the mandate managers
• Handling payroll administration including payroll accounting, withholding tax and social insurance

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in accounting or the trust sector
• Further training in trust or finance is an advantage
• Good MS Office and Excel skills as well as ideally experience with Abacus, Sage or similar accounting programmes
