These are your tasks
- Overall project management of building services engineering
- Responsibility for the technical and organisational leadership of the internal project team
- Close collaboration with other specialist departments of A+W
- Planning and realisation of projects of various sizes from the study phase to handover to the client with support from planners and junior project managers
- Project management of a sub-trade
- Technical and spatial coordination
- Preparation of submission documents
- Interface to the client and direct contact person
What you bring with you
- Qualification as a certified HVAC engineer FH/HTL / technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an equivalent position is an advantage
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Social and leadership skills to lead interdisciplinary project teams
- Reliable personality with goal-oriented working style and integral thinking
- You bring a strong customer orientation
- German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of modern work tools (MS Office and CAD)
- Interest in developments in the industry
- Enthusiasm and enjoyment of demanding work
