RAI Responsible Person 60-80%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the correct RAI classification of our residents in close cooperation with the nursing staff
• In consultation with the head of nursing, you take over the admission planning and accompany the care for an optimal classification
• You identify internal training needs, plan and organise RAI training sessions and independently implement this knowledge transfer
• With your professional expertise, you provide support and guidance, lead the supervisors group and take on a coaching role
• You ensure both the quality of care and its further development and are responsible for health insurance controlling

What you bring

• You have a completed tertiary nursing education (e.g. HF nursing specialist or long-term care and support) supplemented by training as an RAI expert
• Your high social competence and pronounced communication and argumentation skills help you to present yourself professionally and appropriately to the target audience
• Your joy in direct contact with people, for example in nursing, training or teamwork, is evident and distinguishes you
• Very good oral and written German skills are absolutely necessary
• You have good MS Office skills, possess solid and proven InterRAI experience and are familiar with careCoach
