Tasks
- Assuming overall responsibility for complex customer projects from order placement to billing
- Managing scheduling, cost, and quality aspects to ensure project success
- Coordinating the construction site and managing change orders
- Leading the team both professionally and personally
- Planning and prioritising resources including capacity management
Requirements
- Completed training in construction, wood, or carpentry
- Desirable further education at HF, FH level or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as a project or construction manager in main or secondary construction trades
- Initial leadership experience or strong interest in a management role
- Sound knowledge in project management, especially in scheduling and cost control of large construction projects
