Senior Data & AI Architect (m/f)

Matthias, Patrick, Esra and other colleagues from the IT Architecture, IT Security & IT Risk Management team are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• Design of target architectures and solution designs for data and AI solutions on Azure and Databricks
• Definition and maintenance of architectural guardrails, standards and patterns for Data & AI in the bank
• Ensuring that data and AI solutions meet the requirements of security, compliance, risk, data protection and FINMA
• Close collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers and product owners and support in implementation - removing technical hurdles and actively shaping solutions until productive implementation
• Early identification of technical, regulatory and security risks and proposal of appropriate measures
• Moderation of architecture reviews and participation in architecture and governance committees
• Advising specialist departments in identifying and evaluating data & AI use cases, assessing technical feasibility and scalability in close coordination with product owners

What we benefit from

• Solid experience with Azure and Databricks and design/development of data platforms
• Mastery of data architectures, data modelling and integration patterns, experience in integrating machine learning and AI solutions (including GenAI) into this architecture
• Experience with MLOps, monitoring and dealing with AI risks such as bias, model drift and explainability
• Knowledge of security, compliance and governance requirements in the banking environment and their implementation in the architecture
• Several years of architecture experience, structured, team-oriented and clear communication, practical experience in agile projects in a regulated environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
