To strengthen our team in Langenthal, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and committed person as
Property Accountant 40-60%

Your tasks:

• Managing the property accounting of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Preparing annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
• Handling dunning procedures
• Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Supporting property management and general administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Completed commercial basic training and experience in property accounting
• Good MS Office skills; experience with AbaImmo is an advantage
• Independent, precise, reliable and proactive working style
• Organisational talent as well as enjoyment of numbers and administrative tasks
• Team spirit as well as direct and open communication
