Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Are you interested in working independently and actively shaping the care and support of clients in the greater Zurich area? Our client is looking for a committed certified nursing professional HF/FH for case management starting immediately or by arrangement. Your main activity will take place in the office, but it may be necessary to work directly on-site with clients if needed or in emergencies.

• Responsibility for case management and care planning of the clients entrusted to you
• Conducting needs assessments, preparing care reports, and adjusting care processes
• Supporting and advising the nursing team in complex care situations
• Ensuring high care quality and documentation according to applicable standards

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or an equivalent qualification/recognition
• Ideally professional experience in Spitex or long-term care
• Enjoy working independently and handling diverse challenges
• Willingness to work two weekends per month
