Think along and participate!
The Evangelical Reformed Church Community Höfe with around 4800 members in seven villages is undergoing an exciting development process. We want to change, open up experimental spaces and also live the dynamic side of the church.

As a strategic body and member of the church council, you are right in the middle of the action. Here you can contribute your ideas, take part in future visions and jointly with your fellow office holders blaze new trails.

Due to the resignation of a church council member at the end of 2023 and the increase from five to seven church council members, we are looking for a total of three church council members for the new calendar year.

You can look forward to these tasks
- Taking on one or more exciting areas
- Collaborating on overall strategic issues
- Attending around ten church council meetings and two church community assemblies per year
- Developing a quality management system
- Developing ideas and drafting strategies/regulations/concepts within the assigned area(s)

We expect
- You are an open-minded, sociable and enthusiastic personality.
- You bring openness, teamwork skills, organisational talent, independence and preferably personnel management and leadership experience.
- You are interested in familiarising yourself with one or more areas and participating in the life of a reformed church community.
- You are a member of the Evangelical Reformed Church Community Höfe and feel connected to it.
