Your role with us

• Advising our customers via telephone, e-mail and live chat in French, English and/or German
• Ensuring an exclusive and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire purchasing process
• Supporting online orders as well as queries regarding deliveries, payments, returns and complaints
• Independently handling customer concerns and finding suitable solutions for individual needs
• Acting as an important interface between customers, boutiques and internal specialist departments
• Accompanying customer enquiries from first contact to successful resolution

What you bring

• Experience in customer service, retail, customer consulting or a service-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of the needs of discerning customers
• Solution-oriented, flexible and independent working style
• Affinity for e-commerce and digital sales channels
• Service-oriented personality with high quality standards and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good communication skills in French as well as in English and/or German, both spoken and written
