Watch Finishing Operator (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Essential experience in deburring and finishing small watch components
• Proven experience in the production of small watch parts is imperative
• Experience in binocular or/and magnifying glass inspection
• Excellent dexterity, meticulousness, attention to detail and excellent eyesight
• Experience in loading and operating CNC machines = an advantage
• Knowledge of measuring devices such as Marcel Aubert and Mitutoyo = an advantage
• Experience in sandblasting and polishing = an advantage
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsible, independent and reliable

• Ensure deburring, finishing, washing, smoothing and packaging of parts, mainly small watch components, with care and precision, according to high watchmaking quality requirements
• Occasionally, as needed by production, load and unload CNC machines
• Carry out in-process inspections using measuring devices
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production and quality processes
