Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HHF / FH, in social work or equivalent HF / FH training
- Several years of professional experience
- CAS Case Management desired
- Knowledge in the field of social insurance desired
- Resilient, communicative, networked thinking and solution-oriented personality with high social competence
