You ensure an attractive product presentation, advise our customers competently and make sure that quality, freshness and hygiene are always the top priority.

What you achieve

• Management and operation of the meat department
• Assistance in other branches at different locations
• Promotion and development of employees and apprentices
• Influence on economic key figures
• Ensuring staff deployment / personnel planning and information flow
• Implementation of branch process guidelines

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Butchery / Retail
• Professional experience: 2-3 years experience in the food / butchery / gastronomy / chef sector
• Skill in planning and organising tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Sound knowledge of common management systems
• German (B1)
