Nursing Service Management (NSM) - Spitex with Family Care

Your Tasks

• Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing and care team
• Ensuring professional and high-quality care in accordance with legal requirements
• Professional support, advice and assistance for caring relatives
• Responsibility for care planning, care documentation and correct service recording
• Conducting care visits, case discussions and quality controls
• Optimising internal care processes as well as efficient personnel and deployment planning
• Promotion and further development of employees
• Collaboration with clients, relatives, doctors and other specialist agencies
• Close cooperation with management and active shaping of organisational development

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised qualification
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in the Spitex sector
• Leadership experience as NSM, deputy NSM or team leader
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and legal framework conditions
• Experience in quality assurance, care planning and care documentation
• Strong leadership and social skills as well as communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organisational talent and business understanding
• Very good German skills and confident handling of digital care documentation systems
