Construction Foreman Building Construction (m/f/d)

• Managing construction projects in building construction in cooperation with the site managers
• Personnel, inventory and material disposition on the construction site
• Optimization and planning of demanding construction processes
• Creating site administration including daily reports
• Monitoring and compliance with quality and deadlines as well as correct implementation of SUVA occupational safety guidelines
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team as well as training of apprentices

• Completed training in the main construction trade and further training as a foreman
• Several years of experience in building construction
• Driver's license category B
• Independent and team-oriented working style
