Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for our Operating Room department at Morges Hospital a:

TSO - Specialized Operating Room Technician Recent Graduate (M/F) at 80% - 100%

YOU HAVE

• A diploma as an Operating Room Technician ES in operating room
• A strong desire to learn and develop within an institution promoting skill advancement.

• Great dexterity, an analytical mind, and good observation skills combined with methodology and rigor.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Prepare and anticipate the course of surgical interventions by strictly respecting asepsis and hospital hygiene rules, while ensuring the availability and conformity of the material for each surgical specialty.
• Ensure continuity of information by collecting, verifying, and transmitting the data necessary for the smooth running of the intervention (operative indications, specific needs, surgeon's requests).
• Actively and flexibly collaborate with the operating room, anesthesia, and sterilization teams to ensure the smooth flow of operational processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices (asepsis protocols, technical innovations, sterilization processes) by participating in feedback and sharing your expertise.
• Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, always ensuring patient safety.
