We are looking for our Operating Room department at Morges Hospital a:
TSO - Specialized Operating Room Technician Recent Graduate (M/F) at 80% - 100%

- A versatile activity including varied interventions (general surgery, visceral, vascular and endocrine, orthopedics, traumatology and spine, gynecology and obstetrics, urology, plastic/hand, ENT, etc.) and a modern technical platform in an operating room with a view outside

- A diploma as an Operating Room Technician ES in operating room

YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Prepare and anticipate the course of surgical interventions by strictly respecting asepsis and hospital hygiene rules, while ensuring the availability and conformity of the material for each surgical specialty.
- Ensure continuity of information by collecting, verifying, and transmitting the data necessary for the smooth running of the intervention (operative indications, specific needs, surgeon's requests).
- Actively and flexibly collaborate with the operating room, anesthesia, and sterilization teams to ensure the smooth flow of operational processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices (asepsis protocols, technical innovations, sterilization processes) by participating in feedback and sharing your expertise.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, always ensuring patient safety.
