To strengthen our team and further implement our vision, we are looking for a committed and motivated Construction Project Manager who takes responsibility and leads our projects to success with expertise and passion.
Your tasks
- Independent management and control of new construction, conversion, and renovation projects across all project phases.
- Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and the economic success of the project.
- Development, coordination, and ongoing monitoring of project, construction process, and scheduling programmes.
- Managing the tendering process, awarding and supervising contractors, as well as negotiating and concluding contracts for work.
- Leading, coordinating, and supervising construction sites as well as the executing companies and specialist planners.
- Conducting construction, coordination, and planning meetings, including minute-taking.
- Point of contact for clients, investors, authorities, architects, specialist planners, and other project participants.
- Preparation of project reports, site documentation, and decision-making bases for the client.
- Supporting the further development of internal processes and standards for continuous optimisation of project execution.
Requirements
- Completed training as an architect, structural draughtsperson, or a basic craft training with corresponding further education as a federally certified construction manager in structural engineering, certified technician in structural engineering HF/TS, architect (HTL/ETH), or engineer – or currently in training
- Experience in project and construction management – good handling of Office 365 and knowledge of Messerli and MS Project programmes are advantageous – digital working methods
- High resilience and flexibility
- Open and communicative personality, decisive, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working independently
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
