- Fluent French (native or B2+) and good German skills.

What you can achieve
- Support the customer management team in servicing our pharmacy customers (by phone/writing) in French and German
- You manage our order and administration software, which our pharmacy customers use daily
- Live our high quality standards together with quality management in handling error reports; all in the interest of patient safety
- You support the team in planning and implementing the demanding

What you bring with you
- Training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist or commercial clerk or experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- French at native or very good level (B2+) as well as good German skills (oral/written comprehension)
- Confident handling of Office 365; you are technically and digitally very savvy
- Enjoy customer contact (customer service, customer support) and communication
- High willingness to learn, commitment and openness to new topics
- Team-oriented, helpful working style as well as reliability and diligence
