- You treat special coatings, woodwork, walls, and ceilings; you clean windows and elevator panels
- You perform small repairs (replacing bulbs or defective parts) and prevent/treat breakdowns by calling specialists if necessary
- You ensure the proper functioning of technical installations and the safety of access points (ventilation of rooms, disinfection of containers, clearing passages)
- You manage stocks of materials and cleaning products and apply environmental and waste sorting regulations
- You maintain green spaces (tree and flowerbed care, hedge trimming, pond cleaning) in compliance with safety and hygiene instructions.
Profile
- You have completed your compulsory schooling and have a good command of French (minimum B1)
- You are attracted to manual work both outdoors and indoors
- You are autonomous and resourceful, with good analytical skills to solve everyday problems
