These tasks will inspire you

• Scheduling of national and international partial and full loads according to economic and ecological criteria
• Flexible and economically optimal deployment planning of our vehicle fleet as well as transport contractors
• Coordination and targeted management of driving personnel in daily operational business
• Continuous optimisation of route planning, vehicle utilisation and daily scheduling
• Ensuring timely and high-quality transport processing
• Active coordination with drivers, customers, partners and internal interfaces
• Solution-oriented action in case of short-term changes and deviations
• Link to the Operations Centre/Dispatch Lahr (DE)

We look forward to this profile

• Several years of experience in transport scheduling, ideally in piece goods, partial and full load traffic
• Experience in scheduling international transports is desirable
• Knowledge of intermodal transport or experience in scheduling and coordinating combined road/rail transports is an advantage
• Experience in coordinating and managing driving personnel
• Commercial or logistical basic training and further training as a road transport dispatcher
• Good business understanding as well as a strong cost and quality awareness
• Confident handling of modern scheduling, communication and IT systems
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• Resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
• Strong communication and pronounced organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented and engaging personality
