Specialist Responsible for Easements (all)

About the job

• Take on the cross-departmental specialist responsibility for easement management as a central function for IWB and develop it conceptually and hands-on to the next level.
• Develop, anchor, monitor and optimise easement processes.
• Ensure coordination, prioritisation and resource planning of all easement topics in close internal and external collaboration.
• Define guidelines and standards, ensure legal compliance and train employees.
• Conduct negotiations on easements independently and provide advisory support to project leaders and team members on complex issues.

• Several years of professional experience dealing with easements, ideally in the infrastructure sector.
• Completed degree at university of applied sciences level in business administration, business law, energy and environmental technology or similar, ideally complemented by further training in paralegal studies.
• You find it easy to work in cross-functional structures and to successfully advance topics without direct leadership responsibility.
• You convince with your cooperative manner and enjoy coaching employees.
• Very good language skills in German and English; knowledge of French is very welcome.
