• You take responsibility for your area in the butter dairy and, together with your team, ensure a smooth production process.
• With your holistic view, you coordinate projects, keep an eye on quality, hygiene and safety, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Your ideas are in demand: You question existing processes and actively drive improvements in processes, efficiency and technology.
• In production-technical challenges, you are an important contact person and find sustainable solutions together with your team.

• A completed apprenticeship as a dairy or food technologist EFZ forms your professional basis. Ideally, you have supplemented your knowledge with suitable further training at HF or FS1/2 level.
• Experience from a comparable production environment helps you to find your way around quickly. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• You enjoy accompanying, motivating and developing people together.
• You like taking responsibility and at the same time appreciate the freedom to independently shape your area.
• With your solution-oriented and proactive approach, you recognise potential for improvement and actively contribute your own ideas.
• Even in a dynamic production environment, you keep an overview and convince with an open, communicative manner.
• SAP knowledge supports you in your daily work, and you can communicate confidently in German.
