Your tasksYour profile- Hairdressing treatments (washing, cutting, coloring, toning, styling hair), consulting and caring for guests at 5* hotel spa level, orders in the hairdressing area (in cooperation with management)- Successfully completed vocational training and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in luxury hospitality in Switzerland, solid professional, industry, SPA & hotel knowledge is an advantage- Guest reception & performing treatments (massage and/or beauty) at 5* hotel spa level- A very high quality and sense of responsibility, polite manners as well as a neat appearance- Performing general administrative tasks as well as monthly inventory of sales and salon products- Very good computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, further computer skills in Protel & TAC are an advantage- Professional advice and sale of treatments as well as our exclusive spa product lines- A warm personality with empathy, positive charisma and multitasking ability- Creating a safe, clean and friendly environment for all guests- Teamwork, physical resilience as well as willingness to go the extra mile and motivate others- Support at the SPA reception and, if necessary, in the pool area during regular inspection rounds- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and any other foreign language is an advantageINTERESTED?
