Dive into the world of Omnichannel at Ochsner Sport and help shape the digital future in retail with us. Exciting projects, innovative tools, and a dynamic environment await you!Area of responsibility:
- Primary contact point for our stores in all Omnichannel applications
- Responsibility for monitoring and optimizing the AI-based online chat
- Participation in the introduction and training of the new Zebra devices
- Active support in exciting Omnichannel projects
- Testing and accompanying releases of our internal smartphone app for the stores
- Quality assurance for new versions of the self-service touchscreen app
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in business administration
- Initial commercial work experience is an advantage; if you have also been involved in projects in the e-commerce area, that would be a plus
- You have an affinity for digital innovations and new media
- You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluent German skills, ideally complemented by business fluent French and/or English skills
- Your daily work is supported by your analytical, networked, and goal-oriented thinking; you like to work independently and with high initiative
- You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented, and place great value on high service quality
