About the job
Your Tasks
- Technical and commercial management of projects (from the quotation phase to handover to the client)
- Site management (material procurement as well as schedule and quality control)
- Leading employees including scheduling of installation teams
- Customer support, negotiations with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer with further training as a building services project manager
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for small to large projects including personnel management
- Knowledge in cost calculation
- Precise working method and high reliability
- Fluent German skills, impeccable manners and good MS Office knowledge
